WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT THE END TIME – Part Two

The last days and end time is use interchangeably in the Bible. But in actual fact, the last days simply means the dying minutes of the end time. We are in the last days. Our generation lives in the last days and based on Jesus Prophecy in Mattew 24. This generation shall not pass before the end time comes.
Now, let us see what the scriptures say about the last days , and we shall do a comprehensive study on each of this sign in our coming articles.

1 Timothy 4

4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
4:3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
4:4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
4:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
4:6 If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of
good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
4:7 But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.

 2 Timothy 3
3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
3:6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
3:8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
3:9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was.
3:10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
3:11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.
3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
3:14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned....

2 Timothy 4:3-4
4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

2 Peter 3:3-7

3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept
in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
2 John 2:18 - 20
2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are  there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is
the last time.
2:19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they
might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
2:20 But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and
ye know all things.

Jude 1
1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.
1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of  our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
1:16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in
admiration because of advantage.
1:17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
1:18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
1:19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

All His Prophecies about the end of time will surely come to pass. Some have been fulfilled already; some are still in the process of fulfillment while some are yet to come to pass because their time has not come. In the course of our study, we shall look into all these prophecies.

WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT THE END TIME - Part One

Everything that we preach has got to come from Genesis to Revelation. It must be the whole Bible, not just part of it, 'cause God don't change. What He was in Genesis, He is today, and He was in the middle age. He's always the same.

Just as Jesus took the two disciples through the law and prophet in order to show them what it is predicted of Him as regards the suffering, death and resurrection he will pass through in Luke 24. So also, whatever we preach and teach, we must be able to show and establish it throughout the whole scriptures from Genesis to Revelation.

Now, let us see what the Bible say about the end time.
Take time to study all these scriptures individually.

Gen 6:13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be
increased.

Daniel 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

Matthew
13:37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
13:38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
13:39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
13:40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

Matthew 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

1 Peter 4:7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

2 Peter 3:5 - 13
3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of
ungodly men.
3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

We can see that there is certainly an appointed time for the end. Heaven and earth might pass away but His Word will surely come to pass.

2 Peter says
1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private
interpretation.
1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men
of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

All His Prophecies about the end of time will surely come to pass. Some have been fulfilled already; some are still in the process of fulfillment while some are yet to come to pass because their time has not come. In the course of our study, we shall look into all these prophecies.
